Wes Klockner

Westley Klockner is a First Vice President, Investments with the National Multi Housing Group of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. He joined the firm in May of 2014 after graduating from Villanova University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Westley had the opportunity to work with various corporations including Merrill Lynch, Sotheby's International Realty, and McNeil Consumer Pharmaceuticals - a Johnson & Johnson company. These experiences created a client-focused approach, which serves as a foundation for his current business model of meeting and exceeding the investment goals of the team's clients.

Throughout his first 10 years with Marcus & Millichap, Westley has closed over $1.2 billion in real estate transactions. He also won the firm’s Pace Setter award in 2015 and numerous Sales Recognition awards in recent years. Westley brings energy and dedication to developing long term relationships to the Nolletti Group of Marcus & Millichap.

Westley currently resides in Weston, Connecticut. When he is not working, he enjoys boating, exercising, and spending time outdoors.
