Vincent Pennino

Vinny Pennino is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, specializing in retail investment sales. He advises property owners and investors on the acquisition and disposition of retail, mixed-use, net-leased and medical office properties throughout Mercer, Somerset and Middlesex counties.

Pennino takes a persistent, solutions-oriented approach to client assignments, emphasizing problem-solving, communication and relationship building. As a member of the Cafiero Team, he combines this client-focused approach with the resources and reach of a team that has closed more than $2.8 billion in transaction volume across more than 550 transactions in 30 states.

A native of Holmdel, New Jersey, Pennino brings a longstanding connection to New Jersey and the communities he serves. He attended Sacred Heart University, where he studied sports management and marketing.
