Vincent Fuquen is an Associate Director with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation with expertise in sourcing capital for commercial real estate transactions of all asset types including retail, multifamily, office, self-storage, industrial, land, land development, and construction. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Fuquen was an associate with LMI Capital, and has established relationships with multiple lenders, brokers, and property owners.
Prior to joining LMI Capital in 2015, Mr. Fuquen was an Appraiser at CBRE where he prepared appraisals for multifamily, retail, office, self-storage and student housing properties.
Mr. Fuquen graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
