Vince Schwab

Vince Schwab joined Marcus & Millichap in 1982 and now serves as Senior Managing Director, Investments which is the highest designation awarded to a producer. Throughout his career, Vince has represented thousands of Institutional & Private investors with a focus on office, retail, and industrial properties. His diverse skillset and expertise have aided him in creating an impressive track record that also includes substantial medical offices, multifamily and development site transactions.

Over the past 38 years, he has been involved in closing investment property sale transactions of over 300 multi-million-dollar, totaling more than $2 billion dollars in sales. Consistently ranking in the top twenty producers for Marcus & Millichap, a company of 2,000+ agents in 80 offices nationwide, Vince remains an active force in the Bay Area marketplace for Investment Properties sales.

His continued success in the industry can be credited to his willingness to perform extensive due-diligence and become an expert on any given asset. He also believes that maximum exposure to principals and brokers results in the highest price achievable for the sellers in the shortest possible time. In the fast-changing investment real estate market, it is imperative for Vince to be flexible and work hard as well as smart. Vince is a San Francisco native and a life-long resident. He is also a winegrower, winemaker, and part-time farmer in Healdsburg, California. His other passions include sailing, golfing, skiing, and cycling.
