Vince Peruto

Vince Peruto is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of mixed-use and multifamily investments throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. He is a member of NMHC (National Multifamily Housing Council) as well as PAA (Pennsylvania Apartment Association).

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, Vince worked as an insurance broker where he learned how to assess risk, identify clients’ needs, and creatively form ways to problem solve. Working alongside his team of underwriters, he built client specific package policies to adequately cover his customers liability.

Originally from Ambler, PA, Vince attended La Salle College High School and Saint Joseph’s University, where he majored in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate. Vince is a current member of the Minding Your Mind Young Professionals board, a non-profit focused on mental health, and stays actively involved with Gift of Life Family House. In his free time, Vince enjoys being around friends and family, endurance car racing, Philly sports and beach trips to Margate City, NJ.
