Tyler Simons is an associate investments specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, focusing on net lease assets on a national scale. Since joining the firm in 2025, Tyler has leveraged his three years of industry experience to guide clients through the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant net lease investments across diverse markets.

With a background in finance from Auburn University, Tyler brings a strong analytical foundation to every assignment. His expertise spans investment analysis and valuation, lease structure interpretation, and market research and trend analysis, enabling him to provide clients with clear, data-driven insights. Tyler’s strength in negotiation and deal structuring helps investors maximize value and navigate complex transactions with confidence.

Originally from Roswell, Georgia, Tyler is passionate about architecture and real estate development, interests that continue to shape his approach to investment strategy. Outside the office, he is an avid traveler, fisherman and golfer. He is also committed to community involvement, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
