Tyler Preissing

Tyler Preissing is an Investment Sales Broker at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use properties on the northwest side of Chicago. As a key member of the Ziegler Group, Tyler contributes to a team that has successfully closed over 300 properties, totaling more than $500 million in sales. With a strong foundation in finance and extensive market knowledge, he offers clients expert guidance to navigate the dynamic real estate landscape in this thriving region.

A graduate of Aurora University with a degree in Finance, Tyler was also a member of the university’s baseball team. Raised in Mount Prospect, Illinois, he has a deep-rooted understanding of the local market and a strong connection to the communities he serves.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys playing golf, working out, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends. His passion for his work and personal interests allows him to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
