As part of Marcus & Millichap’s national Net Leased team, with a primary focus on New England, Tyler combines a nationwide understanding of tenant performance with deep knowledge of local demand drivers. He frequently conducts on-site assessments to evaluate traffic patterns, performance indicators, and surrounding retail competition—providing clients with informed guidance for both short- and long-term decision-making.

For clients not currently pursuing a sale, Tyler offers advisory support across the ownership cycle. Through Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, he helps clients secure competitive financing for refinances and acquisitions. He also identifies nationwide opportunities for investors completing 1031 exchanges, ensuring a smooth transition from disposition to reinvestment.

Tyler earned a B.B.A. in Business Management and International Business from Villanova University in 2023 and a Master of Professional Studies in Food Business from The Culinary Institute of America in 2025. His advanced understanding of food business operations further enhances his ability to advise franchisees, operators, and investors within both the quick-service and fast-casual segments.
