Tyler Leeson

Tyler Leeson, Executive Managing Director, founded The Leeson Group in 2005 and is an Executive Director of the National Multi Housing Group of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. As the president and founder of The Leeson Group, Tyler has brought together a team of highly qualified professionals that focuses exclusively on multifamily investment sales throughout Southern California. Since its inception, The Leeson Group has completed over 620 transactions and has sold over 12,590 multifamily units, cementing ourselves as the top multifamily brokerage team in Southern California.

Throughout his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Tyler has consistently ranked among the top agents in the Orange County office, finishing as the office's top agent nine times and in the office’s top 10 agents eleven years running. Over the course of his career at Marcus & Millichap, Tyler has completed over $3.35 Billion in investment transactions, earning ten consecutive National Achievement Awards, eight Chairman’s Club Awards, and six Chairman’s Circle of Excellence Awards along the way. Since 2015, Tyler has been ranked amongst the firm’s top 40 agents nationwide for all product types and in the firm’s top 20 multifamily agents nationwide.
