Trey Jorgensen

Trey Jorgensen is an Associate with the Badgett Team at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in multifamily investment sales in Louisville and the surrounding markets. He works closely with property owners to provide valuation insight, market intelligence, and tailored strategies to help them achieve their investment goals.
Trey earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management from the University of Kentucky, where he was a Dean’s List student all four years. During his time there, he also founded the university’s first Management Hub—an organization centered on leadership and professional development.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Trey gained early exposure to the commercial real estate industry through an internship with Cushman & Wakefield. As a member of the Badgett Team, he brings strong local knowledge, a disciplined work ethic, and a commitment to helping clients make informed decisions about their multifamily assets.
