Trey Green

Trey Green joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2022 with a focus on Secondary Markets. Trey’s career at Marcus & Millichap started in 2021, specializing in land and development, with a heavy emphasis on facilitating land acquisitions for multifamily developments across the DFW metroplex. With a background in real estate development, Trey brings an extensive understanding of the multifamily development process. He has a passion for helping clients exceed investment expectations, building long lasting relationships, and being a consistent and reliable advisor.

Trey attended Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, where he graduated with his MBA and Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. He played all four seasons as a Running Back for the Angelo State University Rams Football Team. After walking-on to the football program, Trey became an All-Conference RB, Lone Star Conference Champion, and a team captain. Trey spent the beginning stages of his career at Tesla Motors and NFI Interactive Logistics before transitioning into commercial real estate.

Outside of Marcus & Millichap, Trey enjoys spending time with his family and attending live sporting events including NFL, college football, NBA, and MLS matches.
