Todd Phillips is an established real estate capital markets professional with over two decades of experience combining expansive transaction history and long-standing relationships with numerous capital sources, including agency lenders, commercial banks, CMBS lenders, credit unions, life companies, private funds and bridge lenders. His expertise spans across all major property types including multifamily, net lease, industrial and office. Todd previously served as Vice President of commercial banking at Citizens Bank.

Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in business communication from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
