Todd McNeill

Todd McNeill is a Senior Managing Director with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) and is primarily responsible for financing a broad array of commercial real estate asset classes and capital products including, Participating Mortgages, Equity, Preferred Equity, Interim Construction Loans, Mezzanine, and debt. In this role, Mr. McNeill also develops new client relationships, oversees team branding, and mentoring a team of analysts.

Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. McNeill was a Partner at Metropolitan Capital Advisors, Ltd. (MCA), a Commercial Real Estate Investment Banking firm. From 2000 to 2021 Mr. McNeill was involved in transactions totaling nearly $3BN. These transactions were placed with a myriad of capital sources including Wall Street Conduits, REITS, Life Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Banks, Credit Companies, Institutional Equity and Private Equity.

Mr. McNeill served as Vice President of the Real Estate Capital Alliance (“RECA”), a nationwide group of boutique mortgage banking companies totaling 20 firms with over 100 brokers that originates approximately $5BN annually with over $30BN since its inception in 2008.

Mr. McNeill has specific expertise in Historic Tax Credit, New Market Tax Credits, Agency loans as well as complex construction projects.

Mr. McNeill attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated from the Michael F. Price School of Business in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in Finance.
