Tim Ritchey

Tim attended Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville and joined Marcus & Millichap in March 2020 as a member of the Whalen | Johnson Team. Tim specializes in both single and multi-tenant retail investment sales, with a strong knowledge of several Illinois markets as well as other Midwestern states. Tim resides in Danville, Indiana with his wife Gracie and their son Decker.
