Tim Gregg

Tim Gregg based in Charlotte, NC, advises corporate, institutional, and private clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail and mixed-use assets. Tim provides clients access to the largest pool of qualified investors nationally and internationally, creating maximum exposure for their properties in a competitive bidding environment. Tim is committed to the highest level of client service, helping develop strategies to create and preserve wealth.

Tim possesses over 10 years of commercial real estate experience with multiple disciplines including investment sales, portfolio and asset management. After college, Tim started his career as a portfolio manager with Wells Fargo where he served private and institutional clients across the country. Tim worked within the Capital Markets and CMBS teams to gain valuable experience and tools to optimize his client’s real estate portfolio and effectively mitigate risk.

Tim earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Carolina and earned his MBA from Texas A&M University.

Tim is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina, an active member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and is a part of the K.R. Smith Group of Marcus & Millichap. In his spare time, Tim enjoys playing golf, traveling, attending sporting events and spending time with loved ones.
