Tim Giambrone

Tim Giambrone is Senior Vice President of Investments and Senior Director in the Marcus & Millichap National Retail Group (NRG).

During his tenure with the firm, Tim has consistently ranked as one of the top brokers in Atlanta and a top retail broker nationally for the firm.
He has been recognized for Outstanding Sales in 2004 through 2007, 2010, and 2012 through 2021 (last 10 consecutive years) and has received the firm's foremost National Achievement Award in seven of those years. In 2021 Tim was further honored to receive the firm's Chairman's Club Award of Excellence conferred to the top 5% of brokers in the nation.

Tim has represented a distinguished list of clients, from private investors to nationally-recognized institutions and REITs, in the disposition and acquisition of shopping centers and single-tenant properties.
