Teresa Seitle-Martinez

Teresa Seitle-Martinez is a multifamily specialist at Marcus & Millichap’s Century City office. She exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout Los Angeles. With several years of real estate experience, Teresa joined Marcus & Millichap after managing her family’s international real estate portfolio that extends to the Americas and Germany.

Teresa holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Marketing Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Communications Management from the International School of Management in Munich, Germany. During her studies, she earned a coveted spot as an international student at the University of California, San Diego. With an extensive and diverse background, Teresa has allowed built strong and lasting relationships with global investors.

At Marcus & Millichap, she is part of the SR-Group, one of California´s leading multifamily investment groups. They have sold over $1Billion in real estate, specializing in apartment buildings that are 5 units and above, with Top 3 Broker at the helm, Sean Rosenzweig. With decades of combined experience, the team brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the real estate industry.

Additionally, Teresa is an active member of the German American Business Association, where she nurtures connections with international investors and business leaders. She enjoys spending time traveling and engaging in outdoor activities with her family and dogs.
