Ted represents Marcus & Millichap out of the Louisville Office specializing in retail sales. Ted has lived in the Louisville area his entire life and has intimate knowledge of the local community. Having over 20 years of experience as a police detective helping the community solve local issues, has enabled him to develop long lasting relationships with partners in the community and an insight into local needs. Ted’s intimate knowledge of the area allows him special insight in finding the right property for each client. Ted attended Pennsylvania State University and the University of Louisville majoring in law. Ted is dedicated to building long term relationships with his clients and working with them to find exactly what they are looking for.
