Tate Venier

Tate Venier is an Associate working alongside Mario Negris and Martin Moriarty, where he primarily focuses on the sale and leasing of retail properties across Vancouver. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Tate spent 2 years working as an Associate at a multinational commercial real estate brokerage where he specialized in Multi-Family sales. During his time within the industry, Tate has assisted in sourcing and facilitated the disposition of a variety of assets. Tate’s diverse experience gives him a deep understanding of market dynamics, valuation, and client objectives, which is influential to creating successful outcomes for his clients in the marketing and transaction process.

Tate graduated from the University of Western Ontario where he earned Bachelor of Arts Honours degree with a specialization in Urban Development.
