Tanner Proper

Tanner Proper is an investment sales advisor with Marcus & Millichap, focused on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties throughout Southern New Hampshire. He works closely with local owners and investors, providing market insight, valuation guidance, and strategic advice to help clients make informed real estate decisions aligned with both short- and long-term goals.

Tanner graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate Finance. Through his academic and professional experience, he has developed a strong understanding of investment fundamentals, market trends, and value-add strategies specific to New Hampshire’s multifamily market.

Born and raised in New Hampshire, Tanner enjoys staying active outside of work. He grew up playing sports, loves golf, and spends as much time as possible skiing at Mount Sunapee. He values building long-term relationships and takes a hands-on, local approach to advising clients.
