Tammy A. Saia

Tammy Saia is Vice President Investments / Associate Director of the Retail Division, Net Leased Division and the Office & Industrial Division with the firm's Chicago Oak Brook office. Tammy joined the firm in 2003 and focuses on the sale of national retail, net leased, office and industrial investments. She represents numerous developers, institutions and private investors in the acquisition / disposition of their investments. As a result of working within these disciplines, Tammy has achieved benchmark sales nationwide. Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Tammy has closed over 197 transactions in 27 states with a total value of over $379 million, receiving numerous Sale Recognition Awards.

Tammy's national presence and well established relationships combine to deliver the best terms, best price, and due diligence management for her clients. Tammy sets herself apart from other brokers with her expertise in understanding the real estate marketplace and capital markets. These attributes, along with daily transactional experience, effectively handling difficult transactions to close of escrow, and access to real-time data of on market and closed properties allow her to stay ahead of the market and offer a service superior to that of her competitors.

Tammy earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. She also serves as a mentor to agents in the Chicago Oak Brook office and serves on several boards in her community. She studied at Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois with a pursuit of a bachelor degree in business finance.
