Sunil Suvarna

Sunil is a Senior Associate broker at Marcus and Millichap, specializing in multifamily investment and land transactions throughout BC. Since beginning his real estate career in 2019 with a previous multinational commercial real estate brokerage, Sunil quickly became an integral part of their Multifamily Investment Division.

With a disciplined work ethic, strong dedication to client needs and quick understanding of market insights, Sunil solidified himself as an essential asset for investors, owners and developers alike.

Utilizing his deep understanding of the multifamily asset class, Sunil has a unique ability of positioning assets on behalf of apartment owners by unlocking the intrinsic value that properties present and generating the greatest response from the marketplace. This was a key factor in his early success, which led to him winning Investment Rookie of the Year at his previous firm.

Sunil graduated from the University of British Columbia and earned a Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Political Science and International Relations.
