Steve Mariani

Steve Mariani is a Senior Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office. Steve exclusively represents buyers and sellers of industrial properties throughout the region, and acts in accord with the company-wide mission to help clients create and preserve wealth by providing the best real estate investment sales, financing, research and advisory services available.

With more than fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, Steve has transacted multiple asset types including industrial, office, retail, mixed-use, and single tenant net-leased properties. In addition, he has held licenses as a certified real estate appraiser, title insurance producer, and registered securities representative. Steve was with Marcus & Millichap from 2014 to 2017, before rejoining in 2022.

Steve’s goal is to approach every client’s challenges with enthusiasm and diligence, building long-term relationships by connecting the right people, capital and opportunities. He is a graduate of Thomas Edison State University in Trenton and lives in a small Jersey shore community with his wife and two children.
