Since 2014 Stefan has been specializing in retail tenant representation, project leasing, and investment sales. He has worked with a wide variety of tenants across Western Canada, helping them build and execute their real estate strategic growth plans. These tenant categories include fashion retailers, medical professionals, restaurants, professional services, entertainment groups, large box tenants, and many others. He has also had the opportunity to work with Western Canada’s top retail landlords and developers including Grosvenor, RoyOp, UBC Properties Trust, Choice Properties REIT, and Quay North Urban Development while successfully leasing urban retail, power centres, lifestyle centres, as well as mixed-use and transit orientated projects.

Stefan has joined forces with Marcus & Millichap, working alongside Mario Negris and Martin Moriarty. Together, they leverage their expertise to deliver exceptional investment and leasing services.
