Stanley Tu

Stanley Tu is an Agent Candidate at Marcus & Millichap, having joined the firm in 2025 with a focus on multifamily investment sales in the San Gabriel Valley. Born in Taiwan and raised in Los Angeles County., he is fluent in both Mandarin and English, offering a cross-cultural advantage in a diverse and relationship-driven market.
Stanley earned his degree in International Business with a minor in Marketing from Cal Poly Pomona. Prior to entering commercial real estate, he spent five years in the logistics industry. Through Marcus & Millichap’s intensive training platform, Stanley is developing expertise in underwriting, pricing analysis, and private client advisory. His long-term goal is to become a trusted advisor to multifamily property owners by delivering clarity, strategy, and results through every stage of the investment cycle.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Stanley is actively involved in the Tzu Chi Foundation, a humanitarian organization dedicated to compassion and service. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Melody.
