Prior to working at Marcus & Millichap, Spencer worked as an Industrial & Logistics Associate Intern at CBRE. Since joining the Team, Spencer specializes in advising NLAG's clients in the acquisition and disposition of net lease investment properties Nationwide. Spencer provides comp analysis, financial underwriting, and strategies that promote value to our client’s.
