Spencer Berkley

Spencer Berkley is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix, Arizona, office. Specializing in net lease investment properties and retail investment sales, he advises private investors, property owners and 1031 exchange buyers on acquisitions and dispositions nationwide. Berkley focuses on helping clients make informed investment decisions through strategic asset positioning, market intelligence and transaction execution.

He combines real-time market feedback, active buyer relationships and hands-on deal management to help clients navigate the sale and acquisition process with confidence. His approach centers on accurately positioning assets, identifying qualified investors and driving efficient execution to support high-certainty outcomes. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2022, he has completed 46 transactions totaling more than $173 million in sales volume.

Berkley brings a well-rounded background in financial services and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in Personal Financial Planning from the University of Colorado Boulder. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has been recognized with the NextGen Connect CRE Award in 2025, the Rising Star Award in 2023 and the Crexi Platinum Award in 2026. A Scottsdale, Arizona, native, he enjoys playing ice hockey and spending time skiing and golfing.
