Sophie B. Roe

Sophie Roe is an investment advisor based out of Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office. She specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial properties, with a focus on Delaware and Chester County. Sophie also serves as a member of the NAIOP. Her strong communication skills, diligent approach and ability to build lasting relationships allow her to excel in her advisory services.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2024, Sophie worked in the music industry, focusing on licensing and income tracking. Her diverse background equips her with a unique perspective, allowing her to address her clients’ needs with precision and care.

Originally from Media, Pennsylvania, Sophie earned her MBA in Real Estate Development and Management from Drexel University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs, playing golf and attending live music events.
