As a Senior Vice President of Investments, a firm-wide distinction, Sonny has completed an excess of $1.86+ Billion in investment real estate assignments throughout 28 states across the US.
Sonny is a strong communicator and a highly passionate, energetic professional. He is a skillful negotiator who takes tremendous pride in employing "outside the box" strategy. He and his team consistently rank in the top echelon of agents at Marcus & Millichap and have established themselves as a top producer in the Atlanta office since launching their practice in 2003. Sonny graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance with a specific focus in Real Estate. He maintains real estate licenses in both Georgia and North Carolina and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
