Sid Bhatt, CCIM
Mr. Bhatt specializes in Industrial e-commerce with a focus on 3rd party logistics, cold storage, and sale-leasebacks in the net lease sector. He is a team builder and effective deal manager who will strategize and penetrate key markets in single & multi-tenant net lease assets with his relationships with developers, private client capital, and overseas investors.
He has a demonstrated history of working in investment banking with private placement transactions for accredited investors in structured real estate projects. Mr. Bhatt has facilitated over $75 million of private placements transactions with overseas investors on structured real estate bonds in NYC, Florida, and Montana markets.
In 2008, Mr. Bhatt began his commercial brokerage career in the Carolinas with Coldwell Banker and subsequently with NNNet Advisors specializing in hospitality, net lease retail and restaurant sales. He maintains continuous connections with domestic and overseas high net-worth individuals to promote the stability and consistency of triple net lease investment.
Mr. Bhatt is part of the Patel Group of Marcus & Millichap, which has an extensive track record in single-tenant, office & industrial, and multi-tenant net lease investment sales. Mr. Bhatt is dedicated to helping private capital clients, developers, and property owners formulate buy-sell decisions, analyze the markets, and shape their long-term portfolio strategies.
Prior to becoming a commercial broker, Mr. Bhatt worked for over 20 years in sales and marketing management with Hewlett Packard/Agilent Technologies. He was instrumental in implementing several corporate real estate projects, namely the Centers of Excellence in CA, DE, and across the US and Canada.
Mr. Bhatt holds an MBA from Fordham University, NY, and Certificate of Professional Development from the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School. Mr. Bhatt was awarded the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2010.
