Sharon Monagas

Sharon Monagas represents landlords across the country in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-leased industrial assets. She takes pride in building her business on the principles of integrity, work ethic, and consistency to developing meaningful relationships with her clients.

Sharon joined Marcus & Millichap's Doherty Houston Industrial Group in early 2022 as a market research analyst, managing and expanding a database of over 9,000 property owners. She has gained insight into commercial real estate market trends, challenges, and opportunities, which enables her to advise clients based on their individual management, cashflow, and risk tolerance criteria.

Sharon grew up in Austin, Texas, and attended the University of Texas at Austin where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration. Additionally, her involvement in the McCombs Texas Real Estate Center and the Hispanic Business Student Association allowed her to develop an understanding of the marketplace. In her free time, Sharon enjoys hiking, practicing instruments, and enjoying the city’s live music scene.
