An alumnus of Virginia Tech, Selene earned a B.S in Real Estate and a B.A. in Housing & Resource Management. With over nine years of experience in the industry, Selene’s background in property management, talent management, and business analytics equips her with a unique understanding of market trends, leasing strategies, tenant relations, and asset management, allowing her to provide comprehensive support throughout the real estate ownership cycle.

Using her wealth of knowledge and experience, Selene excels at coordinating and executing deals by collaborating effectively with lenders, attorneys, investors, and property owners. Her curiosity, attention to detail, and creativity enable her to deliver first-class service tailored to each client’s unique needs. Originally from Virginia in the greater DC Metro area, Selene fell in love with New England while completing college internships in Boston. In her free time, Selene enjoys spending quality time with her family, practicing yoga, traveling, and cheering on her favorite college football and basketball teams (Go Hokies!). These activities keep her grounded and inspired in both her personal and professional life.
