Her passion for the real estate industry was solidified through four internships and the attainment of two bachelor's degrees from Virginia Tech in Real Estate and Housing & Resource Management. With over nine years of experience, Selene’s background in property management equips her with a deep understanding of market trends, leasing strategies, tenant relations, and property maintenance, allowing her to provide comprehensive support throughout the real estate ownership cycle.

Using her wealth of knowledge, Selene excels at facilitating, coordinating, and executing deals while collaborating effectively with lenders, investors, and property owners. Her curiosity, attention to detail, and creativity enable her to deliver personalized services tailored to each client’s unique needs.

In her free time, Selene enjoys spending quality time with her family, practicing yoga, and cheering on her favorite college football and basketball teams (Go Hokies!). These activities keep her grounded and inspired in both her personal and professional life.
