Selena Alexander is a commercial broker with The Milam Group, a top producing multifamily team at Marcus & Millichap. Since 1999, The Milam Group has closed over 300 deals totaling over $2 Billion in Multifamily and Non-Multifamily Commercial. In addition to multifamily transactions, Selena is a knowledgeable representative of clients seeking to sell diverse assets, including office, retail, and land dispositions. She is also an advocate for commercial lease tenants and has closed over $2 million in commercial lease transactions.

Selena is a Kentucky native and current Northern Virginia resident. Her knowledge of the local market paired with her enthusiasm allows her to operate her business with professionalism, integrity and a high level of customer service. Selena prides herself on being reliable, persistent, personable and an active listener. Understanding her clients’ needs ensures their real estate experience is a successful one.
