Sebastian Davis

Sebastian Davis of Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of car wash properties throughout the United States. Sebastian brings a high level of commitment to his clients and leverages his relationships with major car wash companies, developers, and investors to deliver the best results for his clients. In a competitive marketplace, Sebastian relies on his vigorous work ethic and utilizes innovative thinking to find unique solutions for his clients.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Sebastian served in the United States Air Force as a helicopter instructor flight engineer. During his time in the Air Force, Sebastian gained critical skills that enabled him to work well in a high-speed, high-pressure environment; invaluable knowledge he now carries with him in the ever-evolving car wash industry.

In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Waldorf University, Sebastian holds an Associate degree in Aviation Operations from the Community College of the Air Force. Outside of being immersed in the car wash world, Sebastian enjoys traveling with his wife, working out, and taking his two German Shepherds swimming at the beach.
