Sebastian Davis

Sebastian Davis of Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of car wash and net-lease properties throughout the United States. Sebastian brings a high level of commitment to his clients and leverages his relationships with car wash operators, developers, and investors to deliver the best results for his clients. In a competitive marketplace, Sebastian relies on his vigorous work ethic and utilizes innovative thinking to find unique solutions for his clients.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Sebastian served in the United States Air Force as a Special Missions Aviator. During his time in the Air Force, Sebastian gained critical skills that enabled him to work well in a high-speed, high-pressure environment; invaluable experience he now carries with him and leverages for his clients in the ever-evolving real estate industry.

In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Waldorf University, Sebastian holds an Associate degree in Aviation Operations from the Community College of the Air Force. Outside of being immersed in the car wash and net-lease world, Sebastian enjoys traveling with his wife, working out, and taking his two German Shepherds swimming at the beach.
