Sean Fopeano

Sean Fopeano is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Marcus & Millichap’s New York office, where he joined the New York Multifamily Team in 2021. Working alongside Shaun Riney, Sean specializes in the sale of multifamily and development properties in Queens, NY. Since joining the firm, Sean has facilitated over $100,000,000 in real estate transactions through exclusive sell-side assignments.

One of Sean’s most notable achievements was in 2023, when he successfully brokered the sale of a 312-unit apartment complex spanning an entire city block in Rego Park.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys traveling and participating in outdoor sports, including golf, baseball, and soccer. An avid runner, he completed the 2022 TCS New York City Marathon and the 2023 Philadelphia Marathon.

Originally from Pound Ridge, New York, Sean graduated from High Point University with a degree in Finance and Economics. He currently resides in Downtown Manhattan.
