Scott Woodard

Scott Woodard is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, specializing in retail investment sales. As a member of the Dougherty Team, he advises private investors, property owners and 1031 exchange investors on the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers, single-tenant retail and net lease properties throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Woodard combines market knowledge with a client-first, consultative approach to help clients navigate complex investment decisions. He is known for building lasting relationships through trust, persistence and clear communication while providing strategic guidance throughout every stage of the transaction process. He is also a member of Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked in the leasing department of a national real estate investment and property management firm. A Bucks County native and Temple University graduate, he leverages his local market knowledge and industry experience to help clients maximize value across retail investment transactions throughout the region.
