Scott Skuteris

Scott is a single-tenant net-leased (STNL) specialist who is hyper focused on carwash properties throughout the United States. He is a process-oriented professional who is an evidence-based problem solver with a collaborative and continuous growth mindset. Scott blends his past professional experience with his knowledge of the STNL carwash market to provide value to clients through advisory and brokerage services.

Scott is a graduate of North Central College in Naperville, IL, where he received a bachelor’s degree in marketing and sport management. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Scott spent nearly a decade in the NFL evaluating assets and preparing market analysis for senior executives. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
