Scott Ryan

Scott Ryan is a Single Tenant Investment Sales specialist in the firm's Austin office. As Vice President Investments, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the nation. Scott has closed over 140 investment sales transactions, totaling more than $400 million since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2002. A top office and industrial investment agent in the country, Scott is consistently ranked within the top 20 agents in the firm's office and industrial division. Scott is a Director of the firm's National Office and Industrial Properties Group as well as firm's Net Leased Properties Group. Scott has achieved numerous awards and distinctions, including sales awards in 2006, 2007, 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2017.
Scott graduated with a Finance degree with Real Estate concentration from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas and also holds a real estate license in Texas.
