Scott Jones

Scott Jones is a commercial real estate agent with Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, specializing in retail investment sales throughout Northwest Houston, including Katy, Cypress, The Woodlands and Spring within the Houston MSA. As part of the Lagos Retail Group, he advises property owners, investors and developers on the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant retail centers and single-tenant net-leased properties. Scott Jones represents buyers and sellers across a wide range of retail investment properties, providing strategic guidance on valuation, pricing strategy, market positioning and deal execution.

With more than 15 years of sales experience and a strong background in investment real estate, Scott is known for his ability to source qualified investors, structure competitive transactions and identify opportunities to maximize asset performance. He also provides insight on tenant mix optimization, re-leasing strategy and backfill solutions to help clients enhance long-term property value. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2023, he has earned the firm’s Houston Platform Award in 2024 and the 2025 Value of Representation award.

A graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in Sports Business Administration, Scott brings a relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate investment sales. Originally from Temple, Texas, he enjoys spending time with his two young children, volunteering at his son’s elementary school, participating in church events, and playing basketball, golf and football.
