Sam Shemtov

Sam Shemtov is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office, specializing in industrial investment sales. He advises private investors and property owners on the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties throughout South Jersey and Delaware.

Shemtov focuses on helping clients make informed investment decisions through honest communication and market knowledge. He works with investors and property owners to evaluate opportunities, navigate transactions and better understand market conditions. He earned Marcus & Millichap's Pacesetter Award, recognizing his early career achievements.

A Philadelphia native, Shemtov earned a bachelor's degree in real estate from Tulane University. Before beginning his commercial real estate career, he competed in wrestling, hockey and lacrosse, experiences that helped shape the discipline and competitive mindset he brings to his work.
