Samuel Shemtov

Sam Shemtov specializes in the sale of industrial and office properties in Southern New Jersey. Sam is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Sam was born and raised in South Philadelphia. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Sam studied at Tulane University in New Orleans, where he received a B.S. in Real Estate.

Sam has a background in sports including ice hockey, wrestling, and lacrosse. In his free time, Sam enjoys spending time with family, and going to the gym.
