Sam McCarthy joined Marcus & Millichap in 2017, with a primary focus on Multi-Family Apartments in Indiana & Michigan. His clients consist of high-net worth individuals, developers, private equity investors and institutions. Sam entered the firm as an agent candidate and has since formed a partnership with the Scott Harris team.
Sam began his Real Estate career at CBRE in Minneapolis where he collected and analyzed market information to be used by all industrial brokers within the company.
Sam graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with double majors in Finance and Real Estate.
