Sam Slocum is a Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap's Gorman Self Storage Group. Sam earned a degree in Managerial Finance from The University of Mississippi before joining the team in 2020. Since joining the Gorman Self Storage Group, Sam has been involved in over $400 million of self-storage transactions across the southeast.
Sam’s combined real estate and entrepreneurial background provides his clients a unique and creative approach to problem solving through issues involved in the buying and selling of investment real estate. Sam actively contributes to the Self-Storage industry as a member of the Young Leaders Group and a board member for the Tennessee Self Storage Association.
