Sam Runco

Sam Runco specializes in the sale and acquisition of Multifamily properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Sam’s passion and work ethic combined with his knowledge of the Peninsula allows him to add value to his clients in all aspects of the sale process. Sam takes pride in his ability to market, negotiate, and analyze properties on his client’s behalf. In his first year with Marcus & Millichap, he closed over $18 Million in Real Estate Transactions which established him as one of the premier brokers in the Peninsula.

Sam grew up in the Peninsula attending Serra High School in San Mateo before heading off to Chico State to earn a bachelor’s degree in both Project Management and Entrepreneurship. Sam currently resides in North Beach, San Francisco where he is on the board of the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club as well as involved in many other community groups. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, exercising, and golfing.
