Sam Noe

Sam Noe is a founding member of Paine Restaurant Group at Marcus & Millichap, a national brokerage specializing in restaurant investment sales. Sam focuses exclusively on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-leased restaurant properties throughout the United States. By dedicating his practice solely to restaurant real estate, he provides clients with specialized market knowledge and a deep understanding of the operational and real estate factors that influence value, identify potential risks, and maximize investment performance. His experience includes stabilized net-leased restaurant assets, vacant second-generation restaurant properties, and dark restaurant opportunities.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Sam served as a fiduciary wealth management advisor with Fisher Investments and Personal Capital, advising clients nationwide on retirement planning, investment management, and comprehensive wealth strategies. Sam earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University with an emphasis in Business and minors in Urban Planning and Economics.
