Sai Thakor

Sai Thakor is an associate at Marcus & Millichap specializing in the acquisitions and dispositions of gas stations and convenience stores. Sai strives to help clients find creative solutions and help them with their portfolio decisions. As a specialist, he works with a variety of client types which include individuals, syndicators, partnerships, corporations, REIT's, financial institutions, family partnerships, and international investors.

Sai Thakor began his work in real estate investments in 2015 with his father and then joined the Marcus & Millichap team. With his expertise in the Texas market, Sai is able to utilize the Marcus & Millichap's best-in-class research department to help his clients maintain and gain wealth. Sai graduated from Texas State University, where he was a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity and earned his bachelor's degree in finance and marketing, Sai also received his mastery in negotiation certification from Harvard Business School. In his free time, Sai enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
