Ryan Wilmer

Ryan brings more than 18 years of experience at Marcus & Millichap as a seasoned net-leased investment specialist and a key member of the firm’s National Retail Group. He was promoted to Senior Managing Director in 2024 and Senior Vice President in 2022. Following his elevation to First Vice President Investments in 2016, Ryan also serves as a Senior Managing Director within both the National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group.

Ryan focuses primarily on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-leased properties nationwide, advising a diverse client base that includes net-leased developers, institutional and portfolio buyers and sellers, tenant-driven sale-leaseback transactions, and high-net-worth private investors. Ryan’s team is consistently recognized as one of Marcus & Millichap’s premier single-tenant brokerage teams and among the firm’s top-producing groups on a national scale.

Over the course of his career, Ryan and his team have closed approximately $1.7 billion in net-leased transactions. His performance has earned Chairman’s Club recognition in 2021, four National Achievement Awards, and ten consecutive Sales Recognition Awards. He continues to rank among the Top 30 agents nationwide within Marcus & Millichap’s net-leased single-tenant sector.
