Ryan Williams

Ryan Williams specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and 1031 exchange of investment grade single and multi-tenant office and industrial assets nationwide. Ryan understands the role of an effective advisor entails more than simply connecting sellers and buyers. Accordingly, Ryan aligns his services based on each client’s unique ownership circumstances and interests. His capital markets knowledge, coupled with his relationships at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp., allow him to maintain steadfast relationships with his clients throughout ownership.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ryan represented publicly traded and privately held hospitals throughout California in medical malpractice actions. He has also practiced administrative law.

Ryan attended Ball State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in legal studies in 2014. At Ball State, Ryan served on the Student Government Board, was president of his fraternity, and a member of the Ball State men’s rugby club. Ryan moved to San Diego in 2015 to pursue his J.D. at The University of San Diego School of Law after receiving the Dean’s Honor Scholarship. During law school, Ryan was a member of the Real Estate and Land Use Society and an executive member of the Student Bar Organization. Ryan also received numerous CALI awards for obtaining the highest GPA in his class and was awarded the Irvin J. Khan scholarship for achieving the highest real property law GPA of his graduating class.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys hiking, cycling, CrossFit and spending time with his wife, Haley.
