Ryan Troedson

Ryan Troedson is a multifamily investment specialist at Marcus & Millichap’s Palo Alto office, working in partnership with Fred Rubio. A South Bay native, Ryan offers clients deep local expertise and market insight. He attended Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose, where he played basketball for the Bells, and went on to earn a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of Oregon.

Ryan works closely with private investors to help them build and preserve wealth through multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, and 1031 exchanges. Whether guiding a first-time buyer or advising a long-time property owner, he takes a hands-on, relationship-driven approach tailored to each client’s unique goals.
