Ryan Parrish is an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Greensboro office, specializing in the sale of apartment properties throughout the Piedmont Triad, Carolinas, and the Southeast. He assists clients with multifamily investment strategies by leveraging market insights, providing accurate pricing evaluations, and implementing tailored marketing strategies.

Ryan is a member of the LLG Multifamily Group, which has completed over $810 million in transactions. He adds value through deep local market knowledge, strong relationships, and timely market updates. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he played several seasons of professional golf on various tours.

Originally from North Carolina, Ryan enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending sporting events, and playing golf.
