With a rich background spanning over 9 years in the real estate sector, Ryan embarked on his professional journey as a sales representative with a prominent commercial firm in 2017. Prior to this, he honed his skills during a rewarding three-year tenure at Aurora Realty Consultants, where he shone as an account manager, catering to a diverse portfolio of national accounts. Throughout this period, Ryan gained invaluable insights into local markets and made significant contributions to his clients retail growth and strategic planning.

Ryan plays a pivotal role as a key member of Marcus & Millichap's national Retail division, specializing in guiding multi-site clients toward optimal strategies for retail expansion.

Ryan boasts a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brock University and a Business diploma from Sheridan College.
