Ryan E. Moore

Ryan is a specialist focusing on income-producing office, medical office, and industrial buildings. As a First Vice President of Investments in the Marcus & Millichap Cleveland office and Director of both the National Office and Industrial Properties Group and Healthcare Real Estate Group, he principally represents buyers and sellers with the acquisition and disposition of single and multiple tenant leased properties throughout the eastern half of the country. He advises his clients on developing and executing their strategic real estate plans, including real estate marketing and sales covering over twenty plus states to date.

Ryan joined Marcus & Millichap in 2007 and has more than fifteen years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Moore is a Board Member and chairman of the Northern Ohio Chapter of NAIOP Education Committee and also serves on other committees within the organization. In 2020 he was appointed President of the same NAIOP Northern Ohio Chapter and will continue to be an advocate for commercial real estate both Statewide and Nationally.
